HAVE YOU EVER QUESTIONED?

Those of you that have read The Bible, have you ever came across any passages that seem a bit ungodly?
I have, a good chunk of them do come from the old book but if you belive the new book and throw out the old one, why even belive in the new? It's seems a little hypocritical to do so. Anyway i'm going to leave some passages that I find very appauling and tell me your opinion on them and maybe what they mean if I'm not supposed to take them literally.

Leviticus 20:9

King James Version (KJV)

 ⁹For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

MY 7 YEAROLD NEPHEW CUSSED ME THE OTHER DAY BUT I KNEW BETTER NOT TO KILL HIM FOR IT

Exodus 31:14

King James Version (KJV)

 ¹⁴Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

IM ASSUMING YOU HAVE WORKED ON THE SABBATH RIGHT? DO YOU KILL YOURSELF OR ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS OR A COMPLETE STRANGER?

Leviticus 20:13

 ¹³If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

SHOULD BEING GAY BE PUNISHABLE BY DEATH? SO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD KILL A GAY PERSON IF YOU COME ACROSS ONE?

IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH ANY OF THIS, WOULDN'T THAT MEAN YOU ARE DISOBEYING YOUR GOD ALMIGHTY, CONSIDERING HE IS TELLING YOU TO DO ALL OF THESE TERRIBLE THINGS?

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU BELIVE. I WANT TO UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT THAT BELIVE IN KIND OF TERRIBLE THINGS. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO OFFER LET ME KNOW.
